An Open Letter to PeopleSoft CRM Product Users from Jan Wagner, OAUG President:

Recently an email that did not not come from the OAUG or with Oracle’s knowledge was distributed relating to the status of the Oracle Application Users Group (OAUG) CRM users community and PeopleSoft users.  Unfortunately, there were some erroneous statements contained within that communication. The purpose of this communication is to correct those errors so PeopleSoft CRM product users have accurate information. The most important fact is that the OAUG has and will continue to serve the PeopleSoft CRM users community. 

The OAUG continues to work with Oracle to serve the CRM community through the OAUG CRM Connect Special Interest Group and this includes all product lines-PeopleSoft CRM, Siebel and E-Business Suite CRM.   And it’s important for you to know that you can participate in the OAUG CRM Connect without having to pay membership fees.
  This meeting will provide PeopleSoft users direct access to Oracle PeopleSoft executives. The CRM Connect SIG will be hosting a two-part meeting this year at Oracle OpenWorld highlighting PeopleSoft, E-Business Suite, Siebel and Fusion.  Come get connected at 11 a.m. - 12 noon and 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. in Room 3001 at Moscone Center on Sunday September 21, 2008. The CRM Connect SIG was formed to cater to all the product users who are affected by CRM.  The OAUG greatly appreciates the invaluable contributions the PeopleSoft CRM community has made in the past and sees the CRM future as the CRM Connect SIG.   The OAUG looks forward to the new face of CRM and all it has to offer you.
