Senior Oracle Application Consultant

We have a need for a senior Oracle applications consultant to get invloved in implemententations of Oracle E Business Suite with a functional knowledge of, and experience with, the following Oracle Modules: Accounts Receivables, Credit Management, Advanced Collections, Trade Management, Channel Revenue Management, Advanced Pricing, Customer Data Hub.

Duties:

  • Conduct application design and architecture components: Gather and document business requirements and provide software solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Create functional requirements as an input to application design:
    • Translate functional business requirements into software solutions by using specific functionality within the Oracle Business Applications.
    • Design additional functionality required by the business, but not available as part of the Oracle Applications package.
  • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes: Document designs required by the business for use by developers to build the solutions to standards of the client.
  • Drive test planning and execution: Test and confirm standard and custom developed solutions meet business requirements, including integration to any other software used by the clients business.
  • Participate application build, test, and deploy activities:
    • Provide the setups in the Oracle application necessary to enable the business to use the software, including deployment and maintenance of both custom and standard application components.
    • Train users and transfer knowledge to users to ensure full understanding and ongoing use of the applications beyond the project.
  • Plan and execute data conversion activities.

Qualifications Requirements:

    Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, or MIS plus 2 years of experience.

  • Will accept three-or four-year degrees
  • Will accept educational equivalency evaluation prepared by qualified evaluation service or in accordance with 8 CFR 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(D).
